Man Sodomized Child Multiple Times In VA Home: Police

A 26-year-old Virginia man is accused of sexually assaulting a young family member for more than a year, authorities said.

Juan Carlos Vides Guevara sexually assaulted the child, who was under 15 years old at the time of the alleged incidents, at a home in Triangle between March 2022 and November 2023, Prince William County police said.

The Woodbridge man was arrested following an investigation and charged with aggravated sexual battery, attempted aggravated sexual battery, and forcible sodomy. He was being held without bond.
